Terms of Service

By creating an account or using dfsQuest ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use dfsQuest. dfsQuest is a lineup optimisation and analytics tool. It does not operate DFS contests, accept wagers, or process contest entries. You are solely responsible for ensuring any third-party DFS play you choose to engage in is legal in your location.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service. • Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without written permission. • Share your account credentials with third parties. • Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure. • Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users, staff, or partners.

All content, algorithms, models, UI designs, and data compilations within dfsQuest are the property of dfsQuest, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase (or as otherwise required by applicable law). After 7 days, charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Sim Shards (in-app currency) are non-refundable and have no cash value.

dfsQuest does not operate, control, or administer third-party DFS contests, entries, payouts, cancellations, or contest rules. Any participation in contests on third-party platforms is solely between you and the applicable operator under that operator's terms and policies. dfsQuest is not liable for losses, account restrictions, voided entries, geolocation restrictions, or payment disputes arising from third-party operators.

dfsQuest provides simulation-driven projections and lineup recommendations as informational tools only. All AI-generated outputs, including projected fantasy points, ownership estimates, and SimROI figures, are probabilistic forecasts, not guarantees of performance. Past simulation accuracy does not guarantee future results. dfsQuest does not host contests or gambling of any kind in-app. You assume full responsibility for any DFS entries you submit on third-party platforms. The Service is subject to ongoing development; features, availability, and functionality may change with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DFSQUEST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dfsQuest, LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, screenshots, or other content to dfsQuest, you grant dfsQuest a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from that content for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting admin@dfsquest.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, which may be conducted virtually, by phone, or in person as permitted by those rules. CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL RIGHTS ARE WAIVED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. You and dfsQuest agree to proceed only on an individual basis except where law prohibits such waiver.

dfsQuest responds to valid copyright notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To submit a notice, include your signature, identification of copyrighted work, identification of infringing material, contact details, good-faith statement, and accuracy/perjury statement. Send notices to: support@dfsquest.com with subject line "DMCA Notice". Counter-notices may be submitted with equivalent required details under applicable law. dfsQuest is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud-provider disruptions, third-party API failures, cyberattacks, acts of government, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
